Joint Primer
Joint Primer is an adhesion promoter.
The product is developed to ensure optimum adhesion of the Glued Rail Joints Repair to all types of end post (plastics) and steel of all types of insulated rail joints. Joint Primer dries fast and has an open time of 24 hours. Joint Primer is also a part of our various Repair Systems. For detailed work instructions see our website.

Practical information
Application
Surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Clean with the Surface Cleaner. Shake well before
use. Spray distance is ± 25cm. Apply directly to the clean ground joint and let this dry. The Joint
Primer cures within 8 minutes (with a single layer thickness). Under moist conditions a heatgun can
be used to speed up drying time.

Shelf life
Approximately 24 months if properly sealed and in original packaging in a dry place, between +5°C
and +25°C. We recommend horizontal storing to ensure that workable substances in these products
remain completely liquid.
